What to do when you are having trouble logging into your client portal

We know it can be frustrating when you run into technological roadblocks. Here are some tips, tricks and useful information to consider when you are not able to sign into your client portal.

  • If you receive an email but the log in link doesn't work, please know that you must click on the link in the email within 3 minutes of receiving in order for it to log you in successfully.

  • Both the initial request and its response must take place in the same browser or the transaction will fail. For example, if you are using Google Chrome to send the request, then switching to a different browser or application to check your email, it will not work. You must be in the same browser for both for it to work.

If you tried the above and are still having trouble, please do the following below,


1. Confirm your DOB is correct

2. Confirm the email you are using is the same you made the appointment with.

3. Please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up in there.

4. Please clear your cache and cookies on your computer. (see here for instructions)
