Learn how to provide feedback or suggestions about Grow Therapy features.

Grow Therapy values your input in prioritizing platform feature updates. If you have suggestions for new or existing features, please share your thoughts through our Product Feedback Form (PFF) or speak with a representative. The product team will utilize your feedback to inform their decisions on upcoming feature releases.

Access the feedback form


If you want to access the Product Feedback Form (PFF) independently, you can find a direct link in the Help Widget within your portal. Alternatively, a Support representative can submit feedback on your behalf.

To access the form directly from your secure portal:

  • Log into your portal and locate the Help Widget icon in the bottom right. Select the icon to maximize the welcome screen.

  • With the Home tab selected, scroll to locate the "Product Feedback Form" section and select Open Form.

What type of feedback can I submit using this form?

The feedback form is designed specifically for submitting technical feedback about user experiences related to platform features. This feedback will help inform Grow's product teams and should include suggestions for new features or modifications to existing ones.

It is not for customers to share feedback on policy changes or comments about the Grow Therapy team. If you want to provide feedback regarding your support interactions, please do so directly in the Help Widget (see below). The support teams review this feedback as part of their quality assurance efforts.

Will I receive a response?

No. You will not receive a response to this submission. If you need to speak with a Support team member, please initiate a message from the Help Widget. If you cannot log in, please visit the troubleshooting tips or fill out our contact form, and someone from Support will contact you shortly.

How do I submit feedback about the Support team?

You can submit feedback by rating your conversations after each Support interaction. The current rating system uses emojis and a customizable field to leave additional feedback. You will see a "Rate your conversation" preview on your most recent message if you haven't rated your Support interaction.

Select your most recent message to open the ratings and add, if applicable, more feedback in the field directly below the rating system, as seen below. Be sure to send the feedback by selecting the send icon. The Support team will review your feedback and contact you if necessary.
