Grow Therapy's Thriver program recognizes and celebrates our most engaged and successful providers. Qualification for the program considers several criteria, including consistently and effectively utilizing Measurement Informed Care (MIC), actively serving clients with Grow for at least six months (~ 25 claims/month), and meeting or exceeding our Provider Standards.

⚠︎ Note: If you previously qualified as a Thriver, the program has been relaunched as of February 2025, and you need to requalify to be invited to participate and access the space in the Grow Community.
Grow Therapy's Thriver Program is open to all providers, regardless of their license type. Provider eligibility is assessed quarterly, and providers do not need to take any action to receive an invitation.

Networking and referral opportunities: Thriving providers will have a dedicated space within the Grow Community to connect with other Thrivers.
Amplified Voice: Joining Grow's Thriver Group allows you to attract the attention of Grow's leadership and product innovators. These individuals are committed to crafting the finest experience for our providers and clients based on the insights and feedback of our Thrivers.
Grow Community Badge: Show off your Thriver status in the Grow Community with a Thriver's badge on your profile.
Priority for in-person events and exclusive webinars: When seats are limited, sign up for exclusive in-person events before others.
Grow swag: Thrivers can choose from one item in the Grow Merch Store once invited to the program.
Referral Bonus: All Grow Therapy providers may participate in the Referral Program, which offers a $100 gift card for each provider who joins Grow with their referral. Thrivers earn $200 for each successful referral.
Monthly Lunch and Learn: Exclusive access to a rotating Lunch & Learn with a member of the Grow Therapy Team.
1:1 Support with Grow's Provider Success Team: Grow's Provider Success team offers one-on-one support to providers who are approaching qualification for the program or need assistance maintaining their status.

How are qualifications measured for this program?
Qualifying as a Thriver considers several factors, including using measurement-informed Care (MIC) utilization, submitting timely documentation, and meeting or exceeding our Provider Standards. In addition, providers must submit ~25 claims a month or more to qualify.
How can I see what criteria I need to improve to qualify for the Thrivers Program?
The Grow Therapy Provider Success team will contact providers who are nearing qualification for the Thriver Program. This communication will inform providers about the criteria our Success Team can use to assist them in achieving Thriver status.
If I was previously a Thriver, do I automatically qualify?
The Grow Therapy team has updated the Thriver program with new qualification criteria. As a result, former Thrivers are no longer guaranteed a spot unless they meet the revised requirements to qualify.
What happens if a current Thriver no longer meets the minimum requirements?
Suppose a Thriver no longer meets the program's qualifications. In that case, Grow's Provider Success team will collaborate directly with the provider to understand the change in performance and assist them in regaining the qualifications.
What if I qualify for the Thriver program but haven't been invited?
If you believe you qualify for the Thriver program but have not received an invitation, you don't fully meet the criteria yet. Thriver status will be evaluated quarterly, and our team will contact you if you qualify.
