Your Dashboard now centers on your daily schedule, featuring appointment cards that display pre-session tasks (such as reviewing an intake) and post-session actions (like invoicing)—everything in one location.

Key Takeaways
Your Dashboard is getting a redesign that focuses on your most important actions and centers on your workday.
New shortcuts enable you to review or resend an intake form, invoice a previous session, and start your session directly from your workday preview.
Functions like previewing appointment details, accessing your tasks, viewing your profile, adjusting your referral toggle, and the left-side navigation are staying the same.
Why we're making this update
The Dashboard is being reorganized to highlight your most important actions, such as reviewing an intake before a session, so you can access them quickly without navigating through multiple pages.
What's changing
Up next
The "Up Next" session card replaces the "Prep for your next session" section, as seen below. It now shows your next client, session type, and any flagged concerns, plus one-click buttons to Appointment details, Start session, or Join meeting room.
Preview your schedule from the Dashboard
Toggle to additional days in your schedule by selecting the arrows in the upper right corner of this section.
Resolve scheduling conflicts
You can also resolve any appointment conflicts directly in this section. Selecting Resolve (#) conflict opens a side panel displaying the conflict and how to resolve it.
💡 Note: For any scheduling changes that are not a direct conflict, continue to use the regular appointment-management processes by rescheduling or canceling.
Intake form status
Your "Up next" section lets you know when you have a new client scheduled and whether the intake form is complete or incomplete. If the intake form is not yet complete, you can select Send reminder to prompt the client to complete it. If the form is completed, you can also review it from here.
Complete invoice shortcut
You can now access a shortcut to complete a previous session's invoice by selecting Complete invoice in the appointment information card.
Quote of the day
A small addition to your Dashboard includes a new daily inspirational quote.
What's staying the same
Your full calendar page isn't going anywhere — the Dashboard simply also shows a day view of your schedule. Additionally, your Tasks, Accepting referrals toggle, View profile, and payouts snapshot (or "Billed this month") are all still here.
Continue to access the Appointment details panel by selecting the corresponding button. Once accessed, a panel opens with client and appointment information.
FAQs
Will this affect my availability or marketplace visibility? No. This change only affects your Dashboard view — not your availability settings or marketplace profile.
Why am I not seeing these changes? This is currently being rolled out to providers in groups. No action is needed on your part if you do not yet see these changes in your Dashboard.
