How will I connect with my physician? Once you sign up for the exclusive collaborating physician partnership program using this link, you'll be connected with an experienced collaborating physician licensed in your state. You'll be able to work out the details of your agreement with your collaborator and then sign the collaborative agreement. Providers are typically matched within two weeks, so please be on the lookout for an email in the first 1-2 weeks to ensure you can start seeing clients on the Grow Therapy platform as soon as possible. Can I grant my collaborator access to my Grow portal? Due to compliance and HIPAA standards, the collaborating physician (CP) is not allowed access to your provider portal. Notes should be shared directly with your CP. It is up to the two of you to decide how you'd like to share notes. This can be done during meetings via screen share, by downloading the notes from the dashboard and sharing them with the CP, etc.

What happens if I don't want to use Collaborating Doc? You are free to find a collaborating physician outside of the Grow Therapy and Collaborating Docs partnership. If you have an outside agreement, please upload it here.
