Frequently asked questions
Can I reschedule a charge to any date I want? No. Available dates are limited to within the 16-day rescheduling window and are shown on the interactive calendar when you select Change date.
What happens if I miss the 16-day rescheduling window? Once the 16-day window has passed, the charge can no longer be rescheduled and will be processed on the original date. If you have concerns about a charge, contact our Support Team as soon as possible.
Will rescheduling a charge affect my insurance coverage or session schedule? No. Rescheduling only affects the payment date, not your session schedule or insurance status.
What if I don't see the "Change date" option? This means the charge isn't eligible for rescheduling. For example, it may be a cash-pay charge or may have already been processed.
