View your payment history by signing into your client portal and going to the Billing tab in the Account section.
You can view charge details for payments processed by your insurance or paid out-of-pocket. Charges marked “pending” cannot be opened.

View payment history and charge details
Follow these steps to view payment history and charge details in your client portal:
Log in to your client portal and select Account in the left-side navigation menu.
Select the Billing tab to view your payment history.
From here, you can click on an individual charge to view details. You can only view details for charges processed by your insurance company or paid out-of-pocket. Charges marked “Pending” cannot be opened. Additionally, your client portal may not have payment history from before January 2025. If you need records from before that date, contact support.
Understand individual charge details
Each charge includes several sections that explain what you were billed for. Here’s what each section means:

If a charge is marked as "Past due," your payment method may need to be updated. Refer to this guide for step-by-step instructions.
Refunds will also appear here when issued and are clearly labeled.
Upcoming charges may also include an option to reschedule.

This section shows the amount your insurance has paid, along with the date.

Your name, date of birth, and relevant personal details are listed here.
At the bottom of the charge details, you may see an option to create a billing statement that includes that specific charge. For more details on creating and saving a statement, click here.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why can’t I click on some charges in my billing history? Charges marked as "Pending" haven't been processed by your insurance yet and won't display details. You'll be able to view them once they're finalized.
How do I get a statement for charges before 2025? If you need documentation for payments made before January 2025, use the Help Widget in your portal to contact our support team.
What does “Past due” mean on a charge? A “Past due” label usually means your saved payment method didn't go through. You may need to update your payment information to resolve the balance.
