Rescheduling | FAQs
Why is the option to reschedule unavailable? You can only reschedule appointments if there are at least 24 hours remaining before the scheduled time. If you try to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, the option will be disabled, and you will need to contact your provider directly.
What happens if I miss the rescheduling window? If you're unable to reschedule in time, your appointment may be considered a late cancellation. In this case, a no-show fee may apply. Check your provider’s cancellation policy for possible fees.
📌 Note: No-show fees aren't covered by insurance. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment (no-show), you are responsible for the entire fee, as insurance won't cover it.
How do I check my provider's cancellation fee? You can review your provider's cancellation policy by locating the "Worry-free booking" section of their bookings page and clicking the link. You can also discuss this with your provider via the messaging feature.
