If you need to cancel a session, you can do so from the Appointments dashboard in your client portal. To modify your appointment details, please:
Navigate to Appointments via the sidebar navigation.
Select the Edit button next to the appointment you want to adjust.
Select the Cancel option in the prompt.
Select the reason for canceling in the dropdown menu and confirm your decision by selecting the Cancel Appointment button. You'll receive a confirmation message and options for some next steps.

Why is the option to cancel unavailable? You can only cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. The option will be blocked if you attempt to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. You must contact your provider directly to request a late cancellation, which may incur a late cancellation fee.
Note: Cancellation fees aren't covered by insurance. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment (no-show), you are responsible for the entire fee, as insurance won't cover it.
What is my provider's cancellation fee? Your provider's fee is available for review when booking appointments. You can review it by locating the "Worry-Free Booking" section of their bookings page and selecting the policy link. You can also discuss this with your provider via the messaging feature.
How do I dispute a cancellation fee? Please discuss cancellation fees directly with your provider to see if there's any flexibility. If so, you can have them contact the Support Team, and they'll gladly update it for you!
