If you're considering scheduling another session, congratulations—that likely means your first therapy experience went well, and that's a milestone worth celebrating! This guide will walk you through the steps to rebook your next appointment and help you keep the positive momentum going.


Book a follow-up appointment


Follow these steps to schedule your next appointment:

  • Log in to your client portal.

  • Locate the "Next appointment" section on your dashboard, and click Schedule an appointment.

  • Find the provider from the list available, and click Schedule.

  • Use the provider's availability calendar to choose a day and time that works best for you.

  • Once you've made your selection, click Book now to finalize your appointment.

  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you’ll also receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Can I book recurring appointments? Absolutely! Regular sessions are a great way to stay consistent and focused on your goals. While clients can't set up recurring appointments on their own, your provider can do this for you. Simply send them a message through the client portal, and they’ll be happy to help create a schedule that supports your ongoing therapy journey.

What if I need to see my provider sooner than their next available appointment? If no immediate time slots are available, try checking further ahead on your provider’s calendar for additional openings. After booking an appointment, you can message your provider to ask if an earlier time might become available.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the client portal. If it's more than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you can make changes directly in the client portal. For appointments within 24 hours, please contact your provider directly for assistance. Keep in mind that providers are not obligated to accommodate changes with less than 24 hours' notice, in accordance with Grow’s cancellation policy. Be sure to review your provider’s specific cancellation guidelines for any additional requirements.
