Ready to book your next session? This guide walks you through scheduling a follow-up appointment with your provider in the client portal.

Book a follow-up appointment


Follow these steps to schedule your next appointment:

  • Log in to your client portal.

  • Locate the "Next appointment" section on your dashboard, and click Schedule an appointment.

  • Find the provider from the list available, and click Schedule.

  • Use your provider's availability calendar to choose a day and time that works for you.

  • Click Book now to confirm your appointment.

You'll see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Can I set up recurring appointments? Clients can't set up recurring appointments independently, but your provider can do this for you. Send your provider a message through the client portal to request a recurring schedule.

What if I need to see my provider sooner than their next available slot? Try checking further ahead on your provider's calendar β€” availability opens up regularly. You can also message your provider to ask if an earlier time might work.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Yes. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can reschedule or cancel it directly through the client portal. For changes within 24 hours, contact your provider directly. Keep in mind that providers aren't obligated to accommodate last-minute changes under Grow's cancellation policy β€” be sure to review your provider's specific guidelines.

My appointment was canceled due to a billing or insurance issue. How do I rebook? Once your billing or insurance information has been updated, you can rebook by following the steps above. Rebooking creates a new appointment β€” you'll only be charged for sessions that take place, so there's no risk of being charged twice. If you're having trouble rebooking, contact our support team.
