This article reviews how to delete your Grow Therapy account and what to expect throughout the process.


Before you begin


Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing additional care via the Grow platform. Account deletion is only possible if you have no scheduled appointments and all payments for previous appointments have been received.


Delete you account


To delete your account:

  • Log into your Client portal.

  • Select the Help Widget in the bottom right.

  • Select the "Send us a message" option.

  • Input "Account Deletion" into the message and send.

  • Follow the prompts to provide confirmation details and submit a formal request to the support team.

The team will review the status of your account, work with you to address any outstanding commitments (e.g., scheduled appointments, incomplete payments, etc.), and confirm the account deletion.

Q. What are you going to do with my information when I leave?

Your information will be moved to an "archived" status and stored securely per regulation and required retention periods, ensuring your personal health information (PHI) and health records remain available by request for the standard 10-year grace period. Upon the expiration of such time, the information will be deleted per our data destruction procedures.

Q. How long do you have to keep my health records?

Grow Therapy retains customer data for as long as the account remains active. Once an account is voluntarily closed, the data enters an "archived" state and is retained for 10 years before being removed.
