Before you begin


Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing care through the Grow Therapy platform. Account deletion is only possible if you have no scheduled appointments and all payments for previous appointments have been received.

If you have upcoming appointments, cancel them before submitting your request. If you have outstanding payments, these must be resolved first. Contact our Support Team if you need help with either.


Delete your account


To delete your account:

  • Log into your client portal.

  • Select the Help Widget in the bottom right.

  • Select Send us a message.

  • Input "Account Deletion" in the message field and send.

  • A member of our Support Team will follow up to confirm your account details and verify that no appointments or payments are outstanding.

  • Once everything is confirmed, the team will process your deletion request and notify you when it's complete.

Can I reactivate my account after it's been deleted? No β€” account deletion is permanent. If you'd like to return to Grow Therapy in the future, you'll need to create a new account.

How long does the deletion process take? Processing time varies depending on whether you have outstanding appointments or payments. Once all requirements are met, the Support Team will confirm your deletion as quickly as possible.

What happens to my scheduled appointments when I request deletion? Any scheduled appointments must be canceled before your account can be deleted. The Support Team will flag these during the review process and work with you to resolve them.

What are you going to do with my information when I leave? Your health information will be moved to an "archived" status and stored securely for the required retention period. Your personal health information (PHI) and health records will remain available by request for 10 years. After that period, the information will be deleted per our data destruction procedures. If you ever need access to your records, contact the Support Team.

​How long do you keep my health records? Grow Therapy retains your data for as long as your account remains active. Once your account is closed, the data enters an "archived" state and is retained for 10 years before being removed. Additional information is available in our Informed Consent and Privacy Policy documents.
