Learn how to cancel an upcoming appointment using the mobile app.

If you need to cancel an upcoming session, you can easily do so through the Grow Therapy mobile app. This guide walks you through the process of canceling an individual appointment using your mobile device.

🛠️ Feature notice: The mobile app will be rolled out gradually. As of October 30, it is available to clients in California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.


Key Points


  • Canceling an appointment requires 24+ hours' notice. If you try to cancel within 24 hours of your session, the option will be unavailable. In this case, you will need to contact your provider directly, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

  • Late cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for the full amount.

  • Check your provider's fee policy before booking. You can find details in the “Worry-free booking” section of their booking page or by messaging your provider directly.


Cancel an appointment


Follow these steps to cancel your appointment using the mobile app:

  • Log in to the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.

  • Click the navigation menu in the top left corner of your screen.

  • Select Appointments from the menu.

  • Click Edit.

  • Click Cancel appointment.

  • From the drop-down menu, select a reason for cancellation. Depending on your choice, you may be asked additional questions to provide you with relevant resources.

  • Click Cancel appointment to confirm.

  • A confirmation message will appear.
