What is the therapy toolkit?
Grow's therapy toolkit is a library of clinically vetted resources available to all providers and clients within the client and provider portals. It will be integrated with Grow's upcoming client-facing mobile app. Providers can browse the library, assign resources to clients, and track client engagement.
All therapy toolkit resources are optional, and the aim is to reduce the time spent manually sending resources to clients outside of sessions. Clients can explore them if they find them helpful, but they are not required to engage with them.
What types of resources are available in the therapy toolkit?
The following resources will be available in the therapy toolkit:
Over 100 mobile-friendly web-fillable worksheets and handouts.
Integration with Spotify and YouTube for curated podcasts and videos related to therapy goals, coping strategies, and mental health education.
Session insights and pre-session reflection templates.
Suggested resources
Clients can access therapy toolkit resources through both the desktop and the iOS mobile app. They can browse the toolkit on their own, have resources assigned or recommended by their provider, or preview Grow's suggested resources based on their current goals.
Provider suggested resources
Provider-suggested resources will be indicated by a "Shared by [Provider name]" and surfaced to the client in the client portal, mobile app, and an email reminder.
Clients can opt in to share their activity and engagement with a suggested resource with their provider.

Where can clients find resources that their provider has shared with them? Provider-sent resources are featured in the "My toolkit" section of the client portal and mobile app.

Yes. To quickly find relevant content, clients can filter by goal (e.g., anxiety, relationships, self-esteem) or resource type (e.g., video, worksheet, article).
How do clients access session topics and session summaries?
Client’s recent session topics and session summaries are accessible in the therapy toolkit on desktop and mobile.
Are all past session insights available in the toolkit?
Yes. Clients can view previous session summaries unless a provider chose not to share one for a specific session. Session insights are generated by Grow's AI summarization feature and shared with the client unless a provider chooses not to. Learn more about session insights here.
