Grow Telehealth allows providers to meet with clients remotely while seamlessly integrating with their Grow Therapy provider portal. Please review the following information to view client information during a Grow Telehealth appointment.
View client information
To view client information during an appointment using Grow Telehealth, select the Client information
button from the telehealth toolbar. If multiple participants use the same link, the information will only show for the client associated with that link.
Browse the tabs to find more information, as explained in the next section.
Available client information
You can easily access key information for your client during the session, including contact details, measures, intake forms, treatment plans, between-session activity, and upcoming appointments.
Overview
The "Overview" tab displays your session preparation, shared resources, and the client's demographic information, similar to the "Overview" tab in the client's chart within the provider portal.
Client Activity
If the client has shared topics with you between sessions, they will appear in the "Client Activity" tab.
Treatment
The Treatment tab provides access to the client's progress over time, completed measures, intake forms, safety plan, and reviews of current and past Treatment Plan goals.

Appointments
The appointments tab allows you to schedule future appointments for a client or reschedule existing ones while the client is with you. For more details on managing your schedule during telehealth, refer to this resource.
