Booking Follow-up Appointments

How do I book follow-ups?

If YOU are booking the follow-up

1. From the left-hand menu, select "Clients."

2. Next, click on the "Schedule a follow-up" button in the upper right corner.

3. Choose the client under "Choose A Patient," then select the number and frequency of sessions you want to book (e.g., 4 sessions once a week or 2 sessions once every 2 weeks).

4. Select the appropriate time: Your full calendar will be available for viewing and will include dates and times the client wouldn’t be able to book from their follow-up link. Only you have the ability to add events during times your calendar is closed.

5. Book the new time: The follow-up appointments will be created, and your client will receive reminders for each appointment.

If YOUR CLIENT is booking the follow-up

  1. From your dashboard, Go to "Follow Ups" in the Client Scheduling Form and select the appropriate client.

2. "Copy" the follow-up link and send it to the appropriate client.

3. Clients can select an appropriate time based on your availability.

4. As a reminder, follow-up links will always remain the same for each client. Once you send a client their personalized follow-up link, you won't need to resend it.
