Manage your notifications

Learn how to customize the notifications you receive from Grow Therapy.

Grow Therapy sends notifications about various topics and events regarding your practice, including new referrals, changes to recurring appointments, and clients joining your telehealth waiting room. You can review and manage these notifications to have more control over how you receive updates.

Note: Not all notifications are customizable. Some, such as Client Messages and Invoice Expiration Alerts, are considered too crucial and must be enabled.

To review and manage your notification settings:

  • Select your Account Name at the bottom left.

  • Select the Edit Profile option from the menu.

  • Select the Notifications under the "Account" settings header.

  • Review and/or make the desired changes to your notification, scroll to the bottom, and Save your changes. Please note selecting the Configure option for your community notifications will bring you directly to the "Notification" area of the Community in a new tab.
