A rate sheet outlines the compensation rates for services rendered by providers based on their state/region and license type. These sheets are essential for providers to understand their potential earnings from different insurance companies (payors).
To request a rate sheet:
Log into your Provider portal.
Select the Help Widget in the bottom right.
Select the "Send us a message" option.
Input "Rate Sheets" into the message and send.
Follow the prompts to access the appropriate rate sheet.
After reviewing the desired rate sheet, you can end your conversation, ask to connect with a team member for more assistance, or request another rate sheet.
