A rate sheet outlines the compensation rates for services rendered by providers based on their state/region and license type. These sheets are essential for providers to understand their potential earnings from different insurance companies (payors).
To request a rate sheet:
- Log into your Provider portal. 
- Select the Help Widget in the bottom right. 
- Select the "Send us a message" option. 
- Input "Rate Sheets" into the message and send. 
- Follow the prompts to access the appropriate rate sheet. 
After reviewing the desired rate sheet, you can end your conversation, ask to connect with a team member for more assistance, or request another rate sheet.
