Learn how to quickly and easily request a rate sheet for your state/region.

A rate sheet outlines the compensation rates for services rendered by providers based on their state/region and license type. These sheets are essential for providers to understand their potential earnings from different insurance companies (payors).

To request a rate sheet:

  • Log into your Provider portal.

  • Select the Help Widget in the bottom right.

  • Select the "Send us a message" option.

  • Input "Rate Sheets" into the message and send.

  • Follow the prompts to access the appropriate rate sheet.

After reviewing the desired rate sheet, you can end your conversation, ask to connect with a team member for more assistance, or request another rate sheet.
