E-prescribe benefit for prescribers

Learn how to set up your Brex account and cover the cost of an e-prescribe tool.

Updated over a week ago

Prescribers incur additional costs by offering medication management in their practice. As an extra perk, Grow Therapy will cover the monthly cost of a standalone e-prescribe tool (up to $55/mo). Once the team processes your enrollment form, you'll be issued a Brex card. Brex is the third-party platform Grow partners with to issue payment cards. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth enrollment and complete a crucial step to becoming session-ready.

Key Takeaways

  • Grow Therapy partners with Brex to issue a virtual payment card to cover the monthly cost of a standalone e-prescribe tool, such as MD Toolbox.

  • Grow will not increase your spending limit to cover e-prescribe tools exceeding the monthly stipend or your collaborating physicians.

  • Grow is not affiliated with MD Toolbox or any additional e-prescribe provider and cannot help you set up your account. Please contact MD Toolbox or the related e-prescribe service directly if you require support.

Complete your enrollment

1️⃣ Submit the opt-in form

As a part of your onboarding process, you'll receive an email from Grow Therapy asking you to opt into the e-prescribe stipend. This email contains a link to the required enrollment form. If you cannot locate this email, please contact provider support. An agent can provide you with the form and answer any additional questions you may have about the process.

2️⃣ Confirm your enrollment

After you complete the form, the Grow Therapy team will begin enrolling you in a Brex account with a new spending limit. Cards are issued Monday through Friday, and Grow will notify you via email when your Brex card is ready to be set up. Check your spam folder and contact support if you have not received the email in a few business days.

3️⃣ Log in to Brex

Once you've received confirmation from Grow Therapy that your Brex card has been issued, search your inbox for a separate email with the subject line "You've been added to a new spend limit." This email is sent directly from Brex (noreply@brex.com), not Grow Therapy, so check your spam or promotions folder(s) if you cannot locate it.

Set up your Brex card

Once you've completed your enrollment with Brex, you can assign a virtual card to your e-prescribe limit and begin using it immediately. This bypasses the need to wait for a physical card to be delivered.

  • Open your Brex Wallet by selecting the Wallet in the top left.
