When you join Grow Therapy as a provider, you're laying the foundation for a deeper relationship with your clients and a new growth phase for you and your practice. In addition to the features of your provider portal and the support of the Grow Therapy team, a growing number of benefits are also available.
🌱 Welcome plant
All new Grow providers, except those located in Alaska and Hawaii, receive a welcome plant through our partnership with Lively Root.
Providers become eligible for the welcome plant once all credentialing materials have been submitted, and the provider agreement with Grow has been signed.
Plants are shipped in batches to help reduce waste and typically arrive 2–5 months after credentialing is complete. They are sent to the address provided during the credentialing process.
If you encounter any issues with receiving your plant, please contact support using the Help Widget in your provider portal.

Community resources
Grow Therapy providers can access free CE opportunities through our partners: PESI, Violet, and Triad. This benefit aims to support your ongoing professional development. Learn more about this perk here.
Additionally, the Community Team strives to offer free quarterly training for Grow Community members. You can find them on the Events page or the Learning Library spaces, both available to providers after the completion of credentialing.
Subscription discounts
A 25% discount is available for the following services:
CE4Less: This service offers online CEs for mental health professionals. It has the American Psychological Association (APA), Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), and various state approvals. The discount is available for the 1-Year Unlimited subscription, CE4Less's most popular plan. The discount code and link are available in the Provider Community here.
NurseCE4Less: This service offers online CEs for nursing professionals. It is approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The discount is available for the 1-Year Unlimited subscription. The discount code and link are available in the Provider Community here.

Accounting software
Grow Therapy partners with Heard to offer providers a 15% discount. Heard is an accounting platform explicitly designed for therapist entrepreneurs. They empower therapists by providing easy-to-use software and access to bookkeeping and tax professionals. 🏥 Health insurance
Assistance in selecting health insurance for providers is available through Stride with Grow Therapy. Stride will search through all of the Affordable Care Act health insurance plans available to you, check to see if you qualify for financial assistance, and help you choose the right plan. On average, Stride members save $360 per month on health insurance
