Note: This migration will roll out beginning October 3rd, 2024. All providers who created their accounts before September 30th, 2024, will be prompted to migrate their current Stripe accounts to Stripe Express by November 1, 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, follow the instructions below.

Create an account with Stripe Express
Log in to your provider portal and locate the notification in your "Earnings" card.
Select Learn more & re-connect your account.
Review the stipulations and benefits in the pop-up and select Get Started.
Enter your contact details
Next, you'll be redirected to the Grow Therapy | Stripe login page. If you have a Stripe account, you can use the email address and mobile number associated with that existing account. Otherwise, this process will create a new account.
Verify your phone number
Stripe will verify your account by texting a 6-digit verification code to your provided number. You will also be asked to verify your email. Enter the 6-digit code to continue the account setup process.
Select your business type
Select your business location and type. The "Type of Business" field should be individual unless you are a sole proprietor or LLC with an employer identification number (EIN). If you do not have an EIN, you are considered an individual.
Provide your personal information
Continue through the prompts and provide your personal information. Do not use Grow Therapy's information.
Select a bank account
Select your banking institution and the account to which you want to receive your payouts via direct deposit. The bank account you select in this step must be registered to the name you provided in the previous "Personal Information" steps.
Provide a practice website
Stripe requires a functioning website to verify your business details. Your Grow Therapy provider profile URL will be automatically populated in the "Your website" field. We suggest using your Grow Therapy profile URL to prevent Stripe from requesting additional documentation.
Review your details
Ensure your details and preferred direct deposit account are correct, then select Agree and submit. Once your account is created, you can update your business type or direct deposit account from your Stripe Express dashboard.
Confirm the connection
Once you complete the Stripe setup process, return to your Grow Therapy account and refresh the dashboard page. The Connect to Stripe button in the "Earnings" section should now appear as Visit my Stripe Dashboard instead.
With your Stripe account connected, payouts will start processing each Friday.
FAQs
Why do I have to reconnect my account? - The Stripe Express dashboard is easier to navigate and simplifies tasks, such as the tax return process at the end of the year. This transition to Stripe Express also enables Grow to provide better support during fraud or payment disputes.
Will this cause an interruption in my payouts? - No. You should not encounter any disruptions with your payouts. Payouts are initiated every Friday at 11:45 am ET. Transfer your account to Stripe Express before this time if you'd like to receive your upcoming weekly payout through Stripe Express.
Can I use the same email address as my previous Stripe account? - Yes. You can use the same email address you used for the previous Stripe account.
Where can I view my historical payouts? - If you created your Stripe Express account using the same login as your previous Stripe Standard account, you can switch between the two accounts by logging into Stripe and selecting the drop-down menu in the top left corner of your Stripe Dashboard. This allows you to view historical payouts from each account.
To toggle between Stripe accounts:
Open a new browser window or tab and log into Stripe.
Select the drop-down menu in the upper left corner, as seen below. Your Stripe accounts associated with your login information will be listed here.
However, if you used a different email, you must sign into your Stripe Standard account to view payments that took place before the migration.
