🌟TIP: Information on enabling two-step verification is available here.

When should you remove a verification method?

There are several reasons you might want to remove a verification method:

  • You no longer have access to the device associated with the method (e.g., you’ve lost your phone or uninstalled the authenticator app).

  • You prefer to switch to a different verification method (e.g., moving from SMS verification to an authenticator app).

Whatever your reason, removing an outdated or unused verification method can help keep your account secure and organized.
