Canceling an appointment requires 24+ hours' notice. If you try to cancel within 24 hours of your session, the option will be unavailable. In this case, you will need to contact your provider directly, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Late cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for the full amount.
Check your provider's fee policy before booking. You can find details in the âWorry-free bookingâ section of their booking page or by messaging your provider directly.
Cancel an appointment
Follow these steps to cancel your appointment using the mobile app:
Tap Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.
Select your preferred login method from the options listed.
Tap the â° navigation menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select Appointments from the menu.
Tap the ⢠⢠⢠More icon.
Select Cancel appointment.
Select a reason for cancellation from the options available. Depending on your choice, you may be asked additional questions to connect you with relevant resources.
Tap Continue to move through the prompts and confirm your cancellation. A confirmation message will appear once your appointment has been canceled.
