The Grow Therapy mobile app lets you manage your appointments, message your provider, complete forms, and access between-session resources β€” all from your iPhone. This guide walks you through downloading the app and logging in for the first time.

  • You'll need an existing Grow Therapy account to log in. Use the same email and credentials you used when booking your appointment.

  • Your iPhone must be running iOS 16 or above with Face ID or a passcode enabled.

  • You can download the app using the link in your appointment confirmation email or by searching for it directly in the App Store.

  • Some features are only available after you've scheduled a session. Browsing and booking are accessible right away.


Getting started


Before you download the app, make sure your device meets the following requirements:

  • An iPhone running iOS 16 or above

  • Face ID or a passcode enabled on your device

  • An existing Grow Therapy account

To check your iOS version, go to Settings β†’ General β†’ About on your iPhone.

To download the Grow Therapy app:

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone.

  • Search for "Grow Therapy."

  • Tap Get to download the app.


Log in for the first time


To log in, open the app and follow these steps:

  • Tap Log in.

  • Select your preferred login method from the options listed. You can sign in using a username and password, your Apple account, or your Google account.

  • Complete the fields or prompts, then tap Log in.

Make sure you're using the same email address you used when booking. If you're having trouble logging in, refer to our troubleshooting guide for common access issues.

🌟 Tip: If you have multiple client profiles associated with your login, you'll be prompted to select the profile you'd like to use. You'll need to log out and log back in to switch between profiles.


Set up push notifications


During your first login, you'll be prompted to enable push notifications. These keep you informed about appointment reminders, provider messages, and important tasks. Enabling them is recommended to avoid missing time-sensitive updates.

If you skip this step, you can enable notifications at any time β€” look for the Turn on push notifications option in the ☰ navigation menu. You can also manage notification permissions through your iPhone's Settings β†’ Grow Therapy β†’ Notifications.
