If you’re having trouble logging into or accessing the Grow Therapy mobile app, you’re not alone. Several factors can affect your ability to use the app, and most can be resolved quickly. This guide walks you through the most common causes and how to fix them.

Common issues and how to resolve them
You have an unsigned consent agreement
If you recently created an account or changed providers, you may have a pending consent agreement that needs to be signed before you can access the app. Check the email associated with your Grow Therapy account for a message with a link to outstanding forms, or go to Account → Forms in your client portal. Once signed, try logging in to the app again.
Your device doesn’t meet the requirements
The Grow Therapy iOS app requires:
An iPhone running iOS 16 or above
Face ID or a passcode enabled on your device
To check your iOS version, go to Settings → General → About on your iPhone. If your device doesn’t meet these requirements, you’ll need to use the web version of the client portal instead.
You're not yet eligible for the app
The app is currently not available to:
Minors (clients under 18)
Clients with Kaiser Permanente insurance
Clients residing in Illinois or Nevada
If any of the above apply to you, you can still access all features through the web version of the client portal.
Your account isn't fully set up
If you haven’t yet booked an appointment or activated your client portal, some app features may be limited or unavailable. Completing your account setup and booking your first session will unlock full access to the app’s features.
You're logging in with the wrong email
You must log in with the same email address you used when booking your appointment. If you’re unsure which email is on file, try any other addresses you use, or submit the Contact Us form for account lockouts.
You manage multiple client profiles
If you have more than one client profile associated with your login, you’ll need to select the correct profile when logging in. You can switch profiles by logging out and logging back in with the same credentials.
