The Grow Therapy mobile app allows you to view and update your personal account information directly from your iOS device. This guide walks you through how to access and edit your account details on the go.
🛠️ Feature notice: The iOS app is not available to minors, clients with Kaiser insurance, or clients residing in Illinois or Nevada.
Key Points
You can update your chosen first name, pronouns, phone number, and residential information through the mobile app.
Your legal name, date of birth, and sex listed on insurance are locked and cannot be edited in the app. Contact Support to update these details.
Your email address cannot be updated in the mobile app. This must be done through the web version of the client portal.
Update your account information
Follow these steps to update your personal details using the mobile app:
Tap Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.
Select your preferred login method from the options listed.
Tap the ☰ navigation menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select Account from the menu.
Select About me.
Tap the field you'd like to update and enter your new information.
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
🔒 Locked fields: Details included in locked fields are tied to your insurance verification and can only be updated by our Support team. Contact Support if any of these need to be corrected.
Update your email address
Your email address can only be updated through the web version of the client portal — this option isn't available in the mobile app. To make the change, log in to the client portal and update your email address under Account → About me.
📧 Email address changes: Email addresses can only be changed once directly in the portal; any additional updates require verification and must be handled by our Support team.
