The client portal allows you to change your chosen first name, pronouns, phone number, residential address, and a one-time change to your email address.
Keeping this information accurate is an important part of your care journey. It ensures you'll continue receiving important communications from Grow Therapy and your provider about your account, appointments, and broader care plan.
Update your personal information
To update your personal information using your client portal:
Select the Account option from the sidebar menu.
Select the About Me tab.
Update the desired information and Save.
⚠️ Please note: Your legal first and last name, date of birth, and gender will not be editable. You must contact support to update this information. This restriction ensures the new information is appropriately verified so there is no disruption to your care due to issues with billing, insurance, etc.
Update your contact information
To update your contact information, such as your email address or phone number, using your client portal:
Select the Account option from the sidebar menu.
Select the About Me tab and locate the "Contact Information" section.
To change your phone number on file:
Enter the phone number you'd like to use in the appropriate field.
Scroll down and select Save.
Your phone number is now up-to-date. The new information will be used for all future communications you have opted into from Grow.
To change your email on file:
🚨Important: You can only update your email address once. Any additional change requests must go through the Support Team instead.
Select the Change Email link via the "Contact information" section.
Enter your new email in both email fields.
Make sure to select Save and send verification.
A prompt will appear asking you to check your inbox for a verification link.
Use the verification link to verify your email and log in to the client portal using your new email.
Update your residential information
Your residential information should be in the state from which you'll receive care. If you are moving out of state, permanently or temporarily, you must notify your provider of these changes due to telehealth regulations.

To update your residential information:
Select the Account option from the sidebar menu.
Select the About Me tab.
Scroll down to the last section and fill in the appropriate fields.
Make sure to Save your changes.
