Update your billing information in the iOS mobile app

Update the debit, credit, or HSA card you have on file using the Grow Therapy mobile app.

Keeping your payment information current helps ensure there are no interruptions to your care. This guide walks you through updating your billing details in the Grow Therapy iOS mobile app.

🛠️ Feature notice: The iOS app is not available to minors, clients with Kaiser insurance, or clients residing in Illinois or Nevada.

Key Points


  • A payment method is always required on file, per Grow Therapy’s authorized charging practices, to cover care-related fees such as co-pays, late cancellations, and no-show fees.

  • If your payment method fails, you'll receive an email notification and future appointments may be canceled until your information is updated.

  • If you receive a new card or card number from the same bank or financial institution, your payment details will be updated automatically through Grow Therapy’s partnership with Stripe.

  • Grow Therapy accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.


Update your billing information


Follow these steps to update your payment details using the mobile app:

  • Tap Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.

  • Select your preferred login method from the options listed.

  • Tap the ☰ navigation menu in the top-left corner of your screen.

  • Select Account from the menu.

  • Tap Billing.

  • Enter your new card information in the available fields.

  • Tap Save to apply your changes.

Your updated payment details will be reflected in your account and used for all future appointments.


Remove a payment method
