Review your past payments and individual charge details using the Grow Therapy mobile app.

Grow Therapy is committed to transparent billing. The iOS mobile app gives you easy access to your charge history so you can review past payments and understand what you were billed for. This guide walks you through how to find your charge history and read the details behind each charge.

🛠️ Feature notice: The iOS app is not available to minors, clients with Kaiser insurance, or clients residing in Illinois or Nevada.

  • Your charge history is available in the Billing section of your account.

  • Charges marked "Pending" haven't been fully processed yet and won't display details.

  • Each charge includes appointment information, a charge summary, insurance payments applied, and patient and provider details.

  • Charge history may not include payments made before January 2025. For records before that date, contact our Support team.


View your charge history


Follow these steps to access your charge history using the mobile app:

  • Tap Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.

  • Select your preferred login method from the options listed.

  • Tap the ☰ navigation menu in the top-left corner of your screen.

  • Select Account from the menu.

  • Tap Billing.

  • Scroll down to the Charges section.

  • Tap the date of service you’d like to review to open the full charge details.

  • Scroll to view all charge detail sections.

📌 Note: Charges marked “Pending” haven’t been fully processed yet and won’t display details. You’ll be able to view them once they’re finalized. Additionally, your charge history may not include payments made before January 2025. To request documentation for earlier charges, contact our Support team.


Understand your charge details


Each charge includes several sections that explain what you were billed for:

  • Appointment information: The date, time, provider name, and associated CPT codes (procedure codes used for billing) for the session.

  • Charge summary: The amount, date, payment status, and any remaining balance. Refunds will appear here when issued and are clearly labeled. If a charge is marked “Past due,” your payment method may need to be updated.

  • Insurance paid: The amount your insurance has paid toward the charge, along with the date it was applied.

  • Patient details: Your name, date of birth, and relevant personal information associated with the charge.

  • Grow Therapy details: Provider information used for insurance purposes.
