View your therapy toolkit
Follow these steps to access and use your therapy toolkit in the mobile app:
Tap Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.
Select your preferred login method from the options listed.
Tap the β° navigation menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select Resources from the menu to open the therapy toolkit.
π Note: You may see a combination of resources shared by your provider and curated by Grow Therapy's clinical team. Resources shared directly by your provider are clearly labeled.
Tap the Search bar at the bottom of the screen to filter your resources.
Search by keyword, or tap the resource options below the search bar to filter by type or browse by topic.
Complete a resource
Tap the resource you'd like to view.
Review the material, then select Mark as complete or Submit when you're finished. Your provider can see the tasks you've completed.
