Key Points
If you're in immediate danger, call 911 directly.
If your measure responses indicate that you may need additional support, helpful resources will be shared automatically.
You'll find a comprehensive list of crisis support resources below. A downloadable guide for offline reference is also available at the bottom of this page.
In-portal crisis resources
You can access crisis resources in two ways:
1) From the "Care team" section of your client portal dashboard
Crisis resources are available at any time in the Care team section of the client portal dashboard. You can also download an emergency resources document for offline reference from the bottom of this page.
2) When your responses suggest you could use additional support
If your measure responses suggest you could use additional support, a "Support is available" screen appears with immediate access to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line. You'll also see a note at the bottom of the screen reminding you that these resources are available in the dashboard or as a downloadable document for later reference.
🚨 Measure responses aren't reviewed in real time by Grow providers. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
