Reschedule an appointment in the mobile app

Use the mobile app to reschedule future appointments.

The Grow Therapy mobile app makes it easy to view and manage your upcoming sessions on the go. This guide walks you through the steps to reschedule future appointments directly from your mobile phone.

🛠️ Feature notice: The mobile app will be rolled out gradually. As of October 30, it will be available to clients in California, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.


Key Points


  • Appointments can only be rescheduled if at least 24 hours remain before the session. Within 24 hours, the reschedule option is disabled, and you'll need to contact your provider directly.

  • Missing the rescheduling window may count as a late cancellation and could result in a no-show fee.

  • No-show fees aren't covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for paying the full fee.

  • To check your provider's cancellation policy, review the “Worry-free booking” section on their booking page or ask your provider directly.


Reschedule an appointment


Follow these steps to change your appointment time using the mobile app:

  • Log in to the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.

  • Tap the ☰ navigation menu in the top left corner of your screen.

  • Select Appointments from the menu.

  • Select Edit.

  • Tap Reschedule appointment.

  • Use the interactive calendar to select a new date. Scroll down to view available times, and select See more availabilities for additional options.

  • Choose your preferred time, and select Reschedule to confirm your selection.

  • A confirmation message will appear.
