Enrollment FAQs

How long will enrollment take?

The enrollment time frame will depend on your state, the networks you're being enrolled with, and whether you've been enrolled before. Getting credentialed with Grow takes an average of 5-7 days (though occasionally it can take longer, depending on your responsiveness in completing all submission requirements or rare situations where a deeper review is required).

Once credentialed, you'll be in network with your first payor. We also work to get you in network with additional payors as soon as possible, and are contracted with a significant number of payors.

It can take 2+ months to submit all necessary documentation to credential you with some payors, but you'll be able to begin seeing clients as soon as you're in network with just one. Please note that some payors may take longer due to operational challenges and can extend beyond 6 months. Grow Therapy mitigates such delays with regular follow-ups with the payors.

Can I check the status of my applications?

If you're a new provider, your Provider Growth associate can provide a credentialing status form. Once you are in-network with at least one insurance payor, you will be invited to create your provider portal.

If you've already created your provider portal, you can check the status of your credentialing applications by accessing your Referrals & Payors tab in your Provider Portal. Click here to learn how.

If I leave Grow, do I keep my enrollment status?

No, your enrollment status won't transfer outside of Grow. The enrollment process adds you to Grow's group contracts, allowing you to bill clients' insurance through Grow.

When will I be invited to the platform?

To be invited to the Grow platform, you must be in-network with at least one insurance payor through Grow, and our credentialing committee must also approve your application. Once this first contract has come through, we will invite you to our platform and get ready to launch your practice.

Will any additional information be needed from me during the credentialing process?

There are several reasons why the credentialing team may need more information from you during the credentialing process. Checking your email regularly is essential to avoid any delays.
