If you need an interpreter to communicate effectively with your provider, Grow Therapy can help arrange one. Through our partner, Cyracom, interpreter services are available at no cost for most clients, with some exceptions based on your insurance plan.

Requesting an interpreter

If your insurance is through KP NorCal, your interpreter services are handled through Kaiserānot Cyracom. Contact KP NorCal directly to request interpreter support for your session. If you're unsure who to contact, reach out to the member services number on the back of your insurance card.

PleaseĀ contact your providerĀ at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to request interpreter services. This gives your provider the time they need to arrange the right resources for your session.
Your provider will set up the interpreter connection through Cyracom on their endāyou don't need to take any additional steps before the session. During your telehealth appointment, your provider may share their screen so you can see the interpreter, or they may add the interpreter to the call directly.

If you'd prefer a provider who speaks your language directly, the More Filters option in the Grow Marketplace lets you search by language specialty. This filter appears after you run your initial search by state, insurance, and need.
