Learn about the interpreter services available to Grow Therapy clients.

If you require interpreter services for a session with a Grow provider, you can request them at no additional cost. Grow partners with Cyracom to offer access to 35+ languages via telehealth, including certified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters.

About Cyracom


Cyracom offers Telehealth interpretation in over 35 languages, including Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL), as well as phone interpretation in over 300 languages. Please see the instructions below on how to connect to a qualified interpreter.


Requesting services


📍Kaiser Permanente Northern California clients

Kaiser Permanente Northern California (KP NorCal) clients must use KP NorCal interpreter services instead of Cyracom.

📍All other Grow Therapy clients

Please contact your provider at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment to request interpreter services. This ensures your provider is aware of the need and can prepare for your session with the appropriate resources.


Finding providers by language


The More Filters option in the Grow Marketplace allows you to search for Grow providers with specific language specialties. This option appears after running your initial search based on your state, insurance, and need(s).
