Utilize the grid view
The grid view organizes your mental health check-in results in a clear and intuitive way. Use the tips below to better understand your data:
β¬οΈ Compare check-in results: Each row represents a type of measure (e.g., depression, anxiety), and the columns display your symptom scores over time. Your most recent results are highlighted in lilac, with arrows indicating progress or changes.
π Review overall symptom changes: For a quick snapshot of your progress, click Changes since previous results. This dropdown provides insights into how your symptoms have shifted since your last check-in.
π Review details for each check-in:
Click on the measure you'd like to explore.
A detailed view of the questionnaire will open, showing the specific symptoms you're tracking and your response scores.
Scroll to the bottom of the results to learn how your scores are calculated.
Utilize the graph view
The graph view offers clear visual insights into your progress, making it easier to track changes over time compared to simply reviewing numbers. The interactive feature allows you to click on specific points to view the corresponding check-ins. Here's how to make the most of it:
π Select a measure: Use the buttons above the graph to choose a specific measure. Each category displays a unique dataset based on the questionnaires youβve completed.
π― Read your score data: Each dot on the graph represents a completed check-in. Click a dot to view the date, your symptom severity score, and how that score compares to your baseline (first check-in) and previous result.
π Review the details of each check-in: Click the βΊ arrow in the text box that appears to open a detailed view of your responses and scores for that check-in.
π Toggle score visibility: Use the βView scoresβ toggle in the lower-left corner to show or hide numerical scores on the graph.
π Track trends over time: The line connecting the dots shows how your symptoms have changed over time. This visual can help you reflect on your progress and identify patterns to discuss with your provider.
My progress | FAQs
How is the baseline determined? Your baseline score is established using the first set of measures you complete. All future scores are compared to this baseline to help identify changes in your symptoms over time.
What do the arrows mean? Arrows next to your score indicate how your symptoms have changed:
πΌ An upward arrow means an increase in symptoms.
π½ A downward arrow means a decrease in symptoms.
These changes are compared to both your baseline and your previous scores.
Are these scores shared with my provider? Yes. Your provider reviews this data to help inform your care and track your progress.
