Getting support from the Grow Therapy team is quick and easy using the mobile app. Whether you have questions about accessing your sessions or need assistance with billing, you can reach out to our team with just a few taps. We’re here to help you on your mental wellness journey.

🛠️ Feature notice: The mobile app will be rolled out gradually. As of October 30, it is available to clients in California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.

Key Points


  • Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM ET.

  • Grow's status.growtherapy.com page lists known issues in real time.

  • You must log in to connect with the Support Team in the mobile app. If technical issues prevent you from logging in to your client portal, submit the Contact Us form for assistance.


Contact Support


Follow these steps to connect with the Support Team in the mobile app:

  • Click Log in on the Grow Therapy mobile app on your iOS device.

  • Select your preferred login method from the options listed.

  • From the home screen, select the ☰ navigation menu in the top left corner of your screen.

  • Select Account from the menu.

  • Tap Support.

  • Select Send us a message to launch GrowBot.

Contact Support in the mobile app
  • Tap Yes to continue to begin the chat, then use the text field to provide details about your request.

  • GrowBot will ask questions and may suggest self-help articles. Follow the prompts for more information. If your issue isn’t resolved, you'll see options to connect with an agent.

  • Add any details you’d like the agent to review, and you’ll be connected shortly.
