If you see more than one provider on Grow, it's possible that sessions with one provider are billed by Grow Therapy, while sessions with another are billed by Evernorth Behavioral Care Group. Billing details are clearly labeled in your client portal under Account → Billing Information.

How does charging work? For certain eligible appointments, Grow Therapy partners with Evernorth Behavioral Care Group to process insurance claims and charge fees.

If you receive email notifications from Evernorth Behavioral Care Group about billing, these emails are legitimate and part of your care experience.

What are Evernorth Behavioral Care Group's responsibilities? Evernorth Behavioral Care Group will:

  • Share your final out-of-pocket cost estimate via email.

  • Bill you for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or fees, including late cancellation or no-show fees.

  • Send billing-related emails and payment communications.

What are Grow Therapy's responsibilities? Grow will:

  • Clearly indicate when billing is managed by Evernorth Behavioral Care Group.

  • Continue to support scheduling, appointment reminders, and care coordination.

Where can I find cost estimates? During booking, Grow Therapy may display an estimated cost range based on your insurance plan. These estimates are intended to help with planning. Evernorth Behavioral Care Group will follow up by email with your finalized out-of-pocket cost estimate.
