Grow's therapy toolkit aims to support the between-session experience by offering hundreds of clinically vetted resources available to assign directly to clients within the provider portal.

What is therapy toolkit?
Grow's therapy toolkit is a library of clinically vetted resources available to all providers and clients within the client and provider portals. Providers can browse the library, assign resources to clients, and track clients' engagement with them.
All therapy toolkit resources are optional, and the aim is to reduce the time spent manually sending resources to clients outside of sessions. Clients can explore them if they find them helpful, but they are not required to engage with them.
What types of resources are available in the therapy toolkit?
The following resources will be available in the therapy toolkit:
Over 100 web-fillable worksheets and handouts.
Integration with Spotify and YouTube for curated podcasts and videos related to therapy goals, coping strategies, and mental health education.
Session insights and pre-session reflection templates.
Where can I access therapy toolkit resources?
You can access therapy toolkit resources from your Provider Portal and from your Grow Therapy telehealth meeting room.
Access the toolkit via the Provider Portal:
To access toolkit resources in the Provider Portal:
Click here or log in to your Provider Portal.
Access the "Continue care" information from your Dashboard and select your client's name. Alternatively, click here to navigate to your Clients tab and select the client's chart you want to view.
Next, select the Client Activity tab to access the therapy toolkit.
From this tab, use the search field or filter by goals, modality, and type of resource (e.g., worksheet, video, handout, podcast).
Select the Share button to the right of a resource's description to send it directly to your client.
Finally, select View resource engagement to track the client's engagement with the resources you provided.
Access the toolkit via Grow Telehealth:
To access therapy toolkit resources during a Grow Telehealth session:
Select the Client Information icon from the menu bar.
By default, the Overview tab is selected. Scroll down to locate the "Resources to share with your client" section. From here, search, filter, and send resources directly to your client.

Where can clients find resources their provider has shared with them? Provider-sent resources are featured in the "My toolkit" section of the client portal.

Can clients filter or search for specific resources? Yes. To quickly find relevant content, clients can filter by goal (e.g., anxiety, relationships, self-esteem) or resource type (e.g., video, worksheet, article).
How do clients access session topics and after-visit summaries? Client’s recent session topics and summaries are accessible in the therapy toolkit.
Are all past session summaries available in the toolkit? Clients can view previous visit summaries, which are surfaced in their Client Portal as Session Insights, unless a provider chooses not to share one for a specific session. Learn more about session insights here.
