How do I invoice an appointment that isn't in my Dashboard?

If you need to create an invoice for an appointment that is not listed in your Dashboard, you are welcome to do so.

1. Start by selecting the "Appointments" tab on the right

2. Click on "Create an Invoice" in the top right corner

3. Next, scroll down and select the last option "Submit a claim for an unlisted appointment"

4. Fill out all the necessary information. (Note: You can only create invoices for patients already in your Grow Dashboard. Please send your "New Client" booking link to any patients who are not already listed under Clients.)

5. Make sure to correctly back-date the appointment.

6. Then submit the invoice!
