Learn how to schedule interpreter services for your clients.

If a client requests interpreter services for their session with you, Grow partners with Cyracom to offer this service at no cost to our providers.


Cyracom


Cyracom offers Telehealth interpretation in over 30 languages, including Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL), and phone interpretation in over 300 languages. Please see the instructions below on how to connect to a qualified interpreter.

Over the Phone

Over Telehealth

  1. Dial 1-800-481-3293

  2. Enter the Account # 501035199

  3. Enter the PIN 6219

  4. Say the language you need.

  5. Select if you would like to add another person to the call.

  6. Connect to the first available interpreter.

  1. Log into Cyracom.com.

    Sign in using these credentials:
    Login: support@growtherapy.com

    Password: Therapy123

  2. Find the language you need.

  3. You can schedule an interpreter in advance by clicking the 🗓️ calendar icon in the upper left corner of the language option. Alternatively, you can use the on-demand interpreter service by selecting the "Voice Call" or "Video Call" button to start the call.

  4. Your interpreter will then be able to connect with you. If you'd like your client to see the interpreter on your screen, utilize the screen share feature.


Kaiser clients


Providers must use Kaiser's interpreter services for their Kaiser clients instead of Cyracom. Please view this document for instructions.
