Enable two-step verification

Learn how to enable two-step verification for improved account security.

Updated this week

Typically, logging into Grow Therapy only requires your username and password, or you can log in using Google. With two-step verification enabled, logging in requires additional verification using a separate device, such as your mobile phone. This additional requirement significantly reduces the risk of an intruder gaining access to your account.

Key Takeaways

  • Enabling two-step verification reduces the likelihood of unwanted access to your account containing sensitive PHI.

  • All onboarding providers are asked to enroll in two-step verification, and existing providers have a task on their dashboard requesting to complete the enrollment before the auto-enrollment deadline.

  • If you lose access to your authentication device or need to reset your two-step verification, please complete this form. For security purposes, you will need to confirm your identity.

Keep your account safe

⚠️ Note: Grow Therapy requires all onboarding providers to enroll in two-step verification. If you are an existing provider, check your Dashboard for a task to complete the setup before the auto-enrollment deadline. Follow the steps outlined below to help us ensure we work together to protect your account data and client information.

As a healthcare provider, your account contains sensitive PHI. Enrolling in two-factor authentication enhances security and protects your account information from unauthorized access. If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact a support agent for help troubleshooting.
