Typically, logging into Grow Therapy requires just your username and password. With two-step verification enabled, logging in requires additional verification using a separate device, such as your mobile phone. This additional requirement significantly reduces the risk of an intruder gaining access to your account.
To enable two-step verification:
Select your Account Name at the bottom left.
Select the Edit Profile option from the menu.
Select the Login & Security under the "Account" settings header.
Select the Enroll option in the "2-Step Verification" section.
In the prompt, select Continue to log out and start the setup process.
Enter your login information as you normally would and follow the "Secure Your Account" prompt to set up two-step verification via Text Message or Voice Call.
Verify your identity by inputting the 6-digit verification code provided to you by either text message or voice call and selecting Continue.
Great! Your account is now more secure with two-step verification. A preview of the information you provided for verification purposes will now appear in the Login & Security area of your account settings.
