Learn how to log in to Grow Therapy and troubleshoot common login issues.

You can log in to Grow Therapy by entering your email address and password or signing in with Google. If you are looking for the login page:

If you encounter issues while attempting to access your account, as you regularly do, please check status.growtherapy.com to see if there's a known login issue. This page lists all known platform issues and allows you to subscribe to updates.

If there are no known issues and you still encounter login problems, consider the additional troubleshooting options below.


Troubleshooting options


If you're unable to log in to Grow Therapy, try the following troubleshooting actions:

Account-related

Confirm you're using the correct login information.

πŸ”‘Β Log-in method:Β If you initially established your login credentials using 'Sign in with Google,' using an email and password combination won't log you into your portal. Select Sign in with Google and make sure you are selecting the correct Gmail address.

πŸ“§ Email: If you have multiple email addresses, please ensure you use the one associated with your Grow Therapy account when attempting to log in. If you made changes to your login information previously via your portal or the support team, you'd have received a confirmation/verification email.

πŸ”’ Password: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the "I forgot my password" option on the login page. If you can't locate the reset email:

  • Check your spam and promotional email folders.

  • If you still can't locate it, add growtherapy.com to your email allowlist and try the reset process again to prompt another reset email.

βœ… Two-Step Verification: If you've lost access to your two-step verification device, please use the Contact Us page to connect with the Support Team. For security purposes, the team must verify your identity before removing or updating the two-step information associated with your account.

Browser-related

Confirm that Grow Therapy supports your browser.

Grow recommends Google Chrome; however, our services should also work on the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. It is best practice to keep your browsers updated to the latest version to ensure that websites work correctly. To update a supported browser, refer to their documentation:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Clearing your cache and cookies resolves many common website issues by ensuring you're not using outdated, conflicting, or corrupted data. Resources on clearing this information for each of Grow's supported browsers are available here.

Network-related

Confirm that your network is allowing you to connect correctly.

Try logging in from another network, such as a cellular network, to check if the issue is network-related. If you can log in from another network, contact your internet service provider (ISP), IT department, or network administrator to troubleshoot the network issue further.

(Provider Only) If you cannot log into your provider portal, try logging into the Community. The Help Widget is available here as an additional access point to the Provider Support team.

If none of these options resolve the issue and you're still unable to access your account, please use the Contact Us page to connect with the Support Team. Be prepared to answer account-related questions to confirm your identity.
