The Grow Therapy calendar allows you to manage your appointments and block unavailable times, including out-of-office messaging. Upgrading to our new calendar sync will allow you to take advantage of the new scheduling features, such as the ability to sync secondary calendars.

To upgrade to the new calendar sync:
Navigate to your Dashboard.
Locate your "Tasks" card and select Upgrade to our new calendar sync.
A notification about the new calendar integration will populate on the screen. Select Upgrade calendar sync to continue.
Select the Synced calendar option from the "Manage availability" menu.
Next, select your calendar service. If you're syncing an Apple calendar, please review these additional instructions.
On the subsequent screen, select which email address is associated with your calendar and grant Grow Therapy Calendar Sync permission to read and write to this calendar.
Once you've completed the required steps for your calendar service, you'll be redirected to your availability settings in the portal. You can select any secondary calendars you'd like Grow Therapy to read. Appointment events will not be added to these secondary calendars but will be cross-checked for scheduling conflicts.
Finally, select Continue. Your calendar(s) should now sync using the new integration.
Troubleshooting
I'm having trouble upgrading to the new calendar sync.
If you're experiencing issues upgrading to the new calendar sync, please contact the provider support team using the Help Widget. An agent will work with you to resolve the issue. Be prepared to describe the error and provide screenshots, as agents cannot access your personal calendar(s).
In the meantime, you can re-sync to the legacy calendar service, as seen below.
