💡 Your rates are determined based on a variety of factors, which may include payor, state, CPT code, license type, and credentialing date with a payor. Rates are subject to change.
View your rates in the provider portal
You can access your rates directly from your provider portal. Rates are pre-filtered based on your license type and the payors and states for which you are currently credentialed.
To view your rates:
Log in to your provider portal
Select your practice name in the bottom left > select Settings > select Referrals & Payors.
Your rates will appear in the far right column of the Referrals & payors tab. Select the > icon to view them.
Use the Search for CPT codes field to look up a specific CPT code within the rate view.
Please note: The example provided above is from a testing scenario and does not reflect the current rates for the selected payor.
Rates for states and payors outside your credentials
If you need rate information for a state or payor you're not yet credentialed with, you can contact our Provider Success team through the Help Widget. Depending on your situation — such as whether you're licensed in that state, actively pursuing credentialing, or exploring expansion — the team will work with you to provide the most appropriate guidance.
To request rates for states or payors you're not yet credentialed with:
Log in to your Provider portal.
Select the Help Widget in the bottom right.
Select the "Send us a message" option.
Input "Rate Sheets" into the message and send.
Follow the prompts to connect with our Provider Success team.
Our Provider Success team will review the process to add an additional state and share rate information for states where you are either actively licensed or in the process of applying for licensure.
