  • Select Clients from the sidebar navigation. Search and select the client's name to bring up their chart.

  • Ensure the Overview tab is selected beneath the client's name.

  • Locate the note in the "Client information" section and select Edit. Make any necessary updates and select Save.

Can clients see my notes?

No. These notes are not included in clinical documentation or after-visit summaries. They are stored in the provider portal only.
