Manage client appointments using telehealth

Learn how to manage appointments during an appointment using Grow telehealth.

Grow telehealth lets you access and manage client appointment details directly from the waiting room and during sessions, so you can review, schedule, and adjust appointments in real time with your client.

Review upcoming appointments


When you enter your waiting room, a chronological list of your appointments for the day will appear in the preview. Select a client's name from the "Upcoming today" list, and a pop-out menu with the client's information will appear on the right. Toggle to the Appointments tab to review the client's upcoming appointments.

Schedule follow-up appointments


A notification will prompt you to schedule your next appointment 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, with a direct link to the Appointments tab.

To schedule follow-up appointments during an appointment:

  • Select the Client Information icon via the navigation bar at the bottom of your browser. A pop-out menu will populate on the right with the client's information.

  • Select the Appointments tab to review the client's upcoming appointments.

  • To schedule a follow-up, select Add appointment. Select your preferred date, time, location, and frequency for the follow-up appointment(s). To edit an appointment, please refer to the instructions in Edit future appointments.

  • Confirm your choices by selecting Add appointment. A confirmation message will appear below the pop-out menu.


Edit future appointments


To edit upcoming appointments with your client via telehealth:

  • Select the Client Information icon via the navigation bar at the bottom of your browser. A pop-out menu will populate on the right with the client's information.

  • Access the client's list of future appointments by selecting the Appointments tab from the menu.

  • Select the appointment date you want to adjust.

  • Choose from Ask [Client Name] to reschedule, Change appointment details, or Cancel appointment from the menu.
