Learn how to create a provider portal so you can start seeing clients.

The provider portal allows you to manage all aspects of your Grow Therapy practice, including your directory profiles, client information, appointments, client communications, invoicing, and more. To join Grow's network and gain access to a provider portal so you can start seeing clients, please do the following:

  • Visit the Providers section of the Grow Therapy site here.

  • Select the "Join our network" button in the header area.

  • Input your information into the various prompts. Submitting this information will allow you to connect with a Grow Therapy representative.

  • Complete the application call to ensure Grow Therapy is a good fit for your practice.

  • Complete the onboarding process to get credentialed with your first payor. Once credentialed with at least one payor, you'll receive a portal invite email.

  • Follow the instructions in the invite email to set up your account.
